You dont have to be in your office to check information about the properties you manage daily. Do it on the go. Touch on a property to view expanded details, location, notes, photos and property documents.

Features

LIST VIEW - Search and display all the properties in your PM portfolio. Sorted by recent activity. Add new properties directly.

INFO - Shows the property address card, property manager (if there is an assigned one) card, property’s owner card, a tags card and others. You can message or call the property manager directly.

INBOX - Activity Inbox showing all notes posted for the property, organized by date. Add notes as you need, then share them with your team members.

PHOTOS - Shows all photos for the property. Add more from your camera roll or take new ones with your iPhone camera.

DOCS - Property documents (photos, images, PDFs, and Office files) are organized in folders. Touch on a folder to view the documents. Add files from your camera roll, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, and Dropbox (available on iOS 9).

Properties for Apptimo is part of the PM (Property Management) services, and to use the app you need to be a registered user or sign-up for a new account to login.
